| HPU Hires Bell As Instructor Of Communication |
 HIGH POINT, N.C., Sept. 16, 2009 - High Point University has hired Kristina W. F. Bell as instructor of communication in the Nido R. Qubein School of Communication.In her new role, Bell will be responsible for teaching courses in human communication such as public speaking, interpersonal communication and group communication, as well as courses in mediated communication that involve photo editing, video editing, sound editing, flash animation and Web design. "I'm very excited to be a part of the extraordinary High Point University," Bell says. "I find that the faculty and staff are caring, knowledgeable and passionate; the students are dedicated, hardworking and inspired. The campus is beautiful and growing every day. I couldn't be happier to be here." Bell received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in filmmaking, concentrating in editing and sound, at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, and holds a Master of Arts degree in communication from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
