Communication Major Electronic Media Sequence

The electronic media track centers on the craft of media production.  Students develop and exercise their audio and video production skills--including directing, producing, writing and editing--through in-class exercises that simulate real-world environments and expectations.  The track also emphasizes storytelling and critical evaluations of the media.  Graduates will be able to apply their skills toward a variety of television, radio, film, and corporate video jobs.

 

Communication Core:
